Use and maintenance of Hand Mixer
1. Please follow the product manual. No matter how good the product is, do not use it continuously for a long time to prolong the life of the Motor. Usually pay attention to use, can prolong the life of the product.
2. The butter must be softened and cut into small pieces before beating. Otherwise, the hard butter can ruin your machine, especially the eggs!
3. When beating flour, please use a spiral egg beater, but I do not recommend parents to use a prayer and egg beater to beat the dough. Because the dough is wet and sticky, the beater is hard to spin, which will cause frictional heat and the motor will be scalding hot. So, if you don't want to ruin a machine by making dough, use this feature sparingly
Matters needing attention: When using an electric egg beater, be sure to pay attention to maintenance! Do not let the machine work continuously for a long time, generally let the machine work continuously for 3-10 minutes and take a break, depending on the quality of the machine you purchased!
